1. Original Works

All works sold through this website are original, unique pieces created by Patricia Arriola. Each artwork is one-of-a-kind — no reproductions or prints are offered unless explicitly stated.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major international payment methods. Stripe may also present locally relevant payment methods based on your location.

3. Certificate of Authenticity

Every artwork is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity signed by Patricia Arriola, confirming the title, year, medium, and dimensions of the work.

4. Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination. Artworks are professionally crated and shipped with full insurance. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information.

5. Cancellation & Returns (EU Right of Withdrawal)

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery. To exercise this right, contact us at info@patricia-arriola.com. The artwork must be returned in its original condition with professional re-crating at the buyer's expense. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the artwork arrived damaged.

6. Customs & Duties

For international shipments outside the EU, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
