Packaging
Every artwork is professionally crated using archival-quality materials. Works on paper are wrapped in acid-free tissue and shipped flat or in tubes. Canvases are crated in custom wooden frames with foam padding. We work with specialist art shippers.
Insurance
All shipments are fully insured for the purchase value. In the unlikely event of damage in transit, we will manage the insurance claim on your behalf.

Preparation time: 2–3 business days before dispatch. Free standard shipping on purchases over €20,000.
Returns
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Re-crating and return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Contact info@patricia-arriola.com to initiate a return.
Damage Claims
If your artwork arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and packaging immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will manage the insurance claim and arrange a resolution.
